Identity is now a primary attack surface

Traditional security controls remain essential, but identity-led attacks can use legitimate access to make damaging changes. Backup adds the independent recovery capability needed when prevention is not enough.

What happens next

No action is required. Trident-X Sdn Bhd will enable and manage the service. In October, we will contact you with options and pricing for protection from 1 December 2026. No charges will apply before that date.

Why are you enabling this now?
Identity has become a primary attack surface. We believe adding recovery protection now is a responsible step while the risk is evaluated.

Will we be charged?
No. The service is free through 30 November 2026. We will contact you before any paid service begins.

Will this affect users?
No. The service is managed at the tenant level and does not change how employees sign in or work.

Does backup prevent attacks?
No. Backup supports recovery after an incident. It complements, rather than replaces, identity security controls.
