Good news! The Acronis Backup & RecoveryÒ 10 family of products are rapidly gaining market share. There is an opportunity for you to drive incremental revenues with our AcronisÒ Advantage™ renewal program!
The Acronis Advantage program offers comprehensive, subscription-based support and maintenance, including an enhanced self-service knowledge base library and expanded pay-per-incident support.
By renewing your customers Acronis Advantage option, you get the following benefits:
· Drive additional sales revenue from existing Acronis customers with little or no extra effort
· Achieve predictable and continuous revenue streams
· Provide customers with an attractive offer to upgrade to the latest product version and sell additional licences
Acronis will take the initiative to notify customers with Acronis Advantage agreements due for renewal. We will also communicate these sales opportunities to the partner on record for each customer. It is imperative that you follow-up on these leads to close these renewal sales orders.
When customers renew Acronis Advantage, they receive the following benefits:

· Access to technical support professionals by phone, email, and chat
· Priority support for fast, timely support in the event of critical system errors with first response within one hour
· Access to software updates and upgrades
· Direct interaction with knowledgeable Acronis support professionals
We have also simplified the process to renew Acronis Advantage to ensure partners and customers benefit from our program. Enhancements include the following:
· Acronis will notify customers with expiring Acronis Advantage with a call-to-action to contact their preferred
partner to renew their agreement
· Acronis will a provide one-time only promotional upgrade price for business users without Acronis Advantage
to place their order with a preferred partner
· Acronis will provide partners with monthly status reports for their Acronis Advantage renewal opportunities
